I run a range of Creative Writing for Wellbeing courses to free up your words, feed your soul, connect you to other people, and make you feel better about both your Creative Writing and yourself. I do this by creating a contained and confidential space in which people can write and build relationships with others at depth in a relatively short space of time. I bring to the work my own creativity, my knowledge of and sensitivity to the English language, my love of poetry, prose and playfulness, and my expertise in working with groups of adults.
