Interested to find out how ‘live’ expressive writing can help you gently explore and connect with yourself and others? This free introductory session is open to anyone interested in trying Creative Writing for Wellbeing in a group.

Creative Writing for Wellbeing is suitable for anyone who

·         is interested in developing in developing personal stories they may have been unsure about writing
·         is drawn to therapeutic writing because they’re interested in autobiography, biography or poetry
·         has had a crisis in their life, and is looking for a creative outlet through which to express themselves.

Creative Writing for Wellbeing in a safely-held group gives participants the opportunity – but no obligation – to share their words and be witnessed by others.

This free introductory session is open to anyone interested in trying Creative Writing for Wellbeing in a group.
